The heater in the room was broken & we reported it to the front desk. Someone went out to buy a new one. It was on in our room when we returned from dinner. Cozy & warm!
The rate was inexpensive, all of the staff very nice, super clean rooms, grounds, everything was nice! Needed a room at the last minute for ucsb trip and it was an "oasis "!!
A little high price, the driveway/parking area needs repair. The price your paying you think they could fix it. But there is ample parking spots. And the staff are very nice. Rooms are clean and nice looking. I felt safe in the area, gas stations and restaurants near by. Extra note: The town it self ...
room seriously in need of repair......faucet fell off of wall and crashed on my wife's foot causing swelling and a black & blue mark. Reported this to the counter person and he wasn't to concerned
