Ojai was one of the nicest experiences I’ve had at a spa and the adjoining town was great. Room was beautiful overlooking the golf course, room was spacious, facilities were great
Beautiful room. Has new fridge and microwave But no coffee maker. Tub needs to re do grout around it. Sink looks like in rest area in the high way. No counter to put your toiletries. Need to update bath window or put dark curtains. Needs new energy saver air conditioning.
It was an enjoyable stay. A nice and clean place, a very attentive staff, extremely helpful, polite and attentive to our requests (a missing towel, a spilled glass at breakfast) The US101 highway is extremely close, but we've not heard any traffic noise at all, which makes the place quite comfortable. ...
Great hotel, close to shops and university. On site laundry for guests. Free on site parking. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely recommend - especially if travelling with children.
Check in process was very easy, got a nice room. It was clean and well-stocked with all the necessities. Beds were very comfortable. TV and coffeemaker worked well. Breakfast was nice.
