"The “Terrible”overall rating is due to the manager, M.R. We asked if we could check in 55 min early. M.R. stated that there was a room available but the early check-in fee would be $20.00! What a complete turn off. $20 for a “early” 55 min check-in. If M.R. is a reflection of this hotel’s management / ownership, this may be a place you might want to avoid. However, the rest of the staff, especially the breakfast lady, were marvelous. Maybe they know that they have some making up to do."

"Really have to thank the staff for being so friendly and responsive to everything. Every person that we interacted with really made the whole experience excellent. It was unfortunate that we were only there for one evening and the toilet in our room continued to run even after use. A small inconvenience, but an inconvenience none the less. Should also be noted that parking isn't free and the location to park is in a downstairs garage. I found a stairwell that made the trips to and from shorter than they could have been, but, had I not found it, the trips would have taken some time. The design of the place, though nice with some great areas to relax, is a bit of a maze. The location of the hotel is also not particularly close to anything. Short car rides, but nothing really in walking distance (we Ubered everywhere). In general, though, if given the opportunity, we'd definitely stay here again."
