"Second time staying here in two different sized rooms. For the price in Santa Barbara it is nice. Beds are comfy, pool was small but kids loved it, and it is walkable but a bit long getting back uphill after a long day with littles. If doing it again we would walk all the way down and get a ride back up the hill. Staff was super friendly! "

"The inn was clean and had everything one might need. Frig, coffee maker, plenty of outlets for electronics, safe for valuables, nice complimentary continental breakfast and good security (need key to access room hallway which also accessed the room. It was a little noisy (seemed popular with young families), we lucked out with a bad mattress and the parking was full. This was probably due to a full house… no vacancy. That staff was very courteous and helpful. They did advise that if it was too noisy, just call the front desk to address the issue. But it’s hard to ask parents to restrain young children. The inn was centrally located to everything, so that’s a plus. We basically needed a safe clean place to spend a few nights and they were provided. "

"Such a great B and B! We had the Balcony Room, which is on the second floor of the main 1890s house. The room is smallish, and the bathroom is very small, but it doesn't matter! Very cute and cozy, didn't mind the size. Having a fridge in the hallway just steps from the room was a plus. Delightful gourmet breakfast and array of cakes and cookies at tea time. Very nice staff too."

"I stayed at Found Hotel Santa Barbara Series by Marriott (Room 357, April 2–5), and this was a serious safety issue. The balcony railing was broken — one of the vertical slats was loose and created a large gap. My child almost fell through it. The only reason nothing happened is because I was standing right there. This is not a small maintenance problem — this is dangerous and unacceptable, especially for a Marriott-affiliated property. I have photo evidence and will be reporting this. Please be very careful staying here, especially with children."
