We weren’t satisfied with our stay the Wi-Fi didn’t work. The elevators were broken. The system went down when we showed up and our room had multiple broken things.

Hotel needs some work, but it was fine. Not as nice as most Embassy Suites we have stayed at in it past since it's older. I was shocked that the windows opened and didn't have safety bars or even screens on them on the high levels of the hotel. People could fall from those windows. The front desk person seemed annoyed with everyone and it took a long time to check in/out. The Happy Hour and bar staff were nice. The breakfast and coffee area is way too crowded. Needs a better flow. Elevators were not all working properly so it took a while to get up and down.

The room we stayed it was good but it was very cold we turned off the AC but we could not control the temperature so AC was on or off only. microwave was not working. The bath tub water was clogged easily. There was not enough blanket.I can rate my room 8 from 10. But definitely I am not going back to this hotel.

Bad experience! I didn’t like the surprise they informed me when i checked in. They told me that there was no air conditioning, and offered a fan. If I did’t want to stay they would offer the refund. I asked if they would offer the discount but they said no. It was late of the day, I didn’t have choices but to stay. Luckily, the room had enough air to breath for 3 nights. I didn’t appreciate the service especially the receptionist was not sincere enough. She seemed not to care if i stay and not enough explanation. I have always stayed at Embassy suites once i travel but this time really disappointed me. I don’t think i would return to this location again,

We didn’t have any issues. It was actually a wonderful stay. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The staff was absolutely friendly made you feel comfortable as well as providing delicious breakfast for you. Room was very clean. Definitely bathroom needs a little refresh but it wasn’t terrible. I felt like the staff who clean your rooms took a little while to get us some towels. we had to ask a few times before we got them. overall, we had the best stay and no complaints. Very convenient for my family and I.

I am shocked that Embassy Suites would allow a room in this condition to be rented to paying guests. The room was filthy from the moment I walked in. The bathtub was dirty, the sink was visibly cracked, and there was mold growing in the corners of the room. These are not minor maintenance issues. They are clear signs of neglect and a complete failure of basic housekeeping standards. What was most disturbing was what appeared to be blood spatter on both the wall and the curtain valance. Finding something like that in a hotel room is beyond unacceptable. It is unsanitary, unsettling, and raises serious concerns about whether the room was cleaned or inspected at all before guests arrived. For a brand that markets itself as an upscale, family-friendly hotel, this experience was disgraceful. I expected cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism. Instead, I was given a room that looked neglected, poorly maintained, and potentially hazardous to guests' health. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Embassy Suites should be embarrassed to put guests in rooms like this. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will think twice before staying at any Embassy Suites again. One star is far more than this stay deserves. ★☆☆☆☆
