You stay there because of the view and central location. Huge price tab of a Ritz or Four Seasons without the customer service.... Staff is not terribly helpful at times. We asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign for bedroom several times. Crickets. We asked to change a large Euro bill. Crickets. We asked for a late checkout for one of our several rooms. Nope. But the view is stunning!

Incredible view, amazing breakfast! Really lovely hotel, and helpful staff!! Pool closed with no warning, bed could do with an upgrade and hill entrance was a lot!

The majority of the hotel is perfection and it was an absolute luxury having three days there… the pool itself is a wonder with the view to mount Etna, and so is the restaurant next door to the pool which overlooks the water. We had superior room with terrace, sea view and was perfect, better in real then on the picture, clean. Breakfast okey. Staff very friendly and helpful. Area nice, 20 minutes drive to centre.
