Villa Caterina - Playa de Punta Prima

In addition to this, the villa has been completely renovated in 2023, an exhaustive renovation that provides numerous improvements to the guest: air conditioning in all bedrooms, a dining/living room , as well with aircon, and two additional floors with immense terraces that allow fantastic views over the resort and the sea.

The living room has a “home cinema” installation with a roll-up projection screen that allows the whole family to enjoy the maximum luxury of the audiovisual experience. On the ground floor you will find an additional salon with a pool billard table.

The house is located in the upper area of the beautiful and well-kept urbanisation of Punta Prima, just 400 metres from its beach and the promenade, this means that it is far enough from the centre to have a very quiet location and an excellent view over the urbanisation, and over the sea.

The interior is fantastic. 200 m2 of good taste, all spacious and bright, with many extras, lovingly furnished and in a great location.

Punta Prima is a small but very complete holiday resort with a nice beach of white fine sand. Here you will find everything you need, restaurants, bars, car and bike rental, pharmacy, two supermarkets, souvenir shops, a handicraft market several days a week. There is a regular bus connection with the capital Mahón, which is only about 12 km away. So you can also take easily advantage of the wide range of cultural and gastronomic offers there.
