WLAN These are from a completely newly renovated and renovated former hotel great new apartments were created. FIRST MOVE in August 2016 on the 3rd floor. The house has six floors. The apartment is modern and luxurious and leaves no Wishes open. On almost 70 square meters of living space there are two separate bedrooms, an open living-dining area and a bathroom. The balcony has a size of approx. 10 sqm and offers a dreamlike View of the ocean. The owner communicated with us the entire time and was very easy to work with. He happily met us at the door when we arrived. He provided us with the keys, showed us to the room, showed us how to operate everything, gave us tips on where to shop. The place was very nice and clean. It had a great view of the ocean. Das Wetter war mild bei angenehmen 20 Grad. Ideal um Ausflüge zu machen und die Insel zu erkunden. Wir waren sogar noch im Meer schwimmen. Die Jahreszeit im Spätherbst ist ideal, wenn man die Ruhe zum Relaxen sucht und den Trubel des Sommers meiden will. Die Abende konnte man bei einem Glas Wein noch am Balkon genießen und dem Meeresrauschen zuhören. Bei einem Problem war der Vermieter sofort zu erreichen und half weiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch fanden wir toll, dass je ein Glas für Rotwein, Sekt und Bier vorhanden war, man die vielen Handtücher zum Trocknen nicht über das Geländer hängen soll aber kein Wäscheständer da war. Wir können die Wohnung auch empfehlen, wenn man einen unfreundlichen Hausmeister möchte, der bei Nachfrage nach mehr Handtücher meint, was wir denn wollen, schließlich sind wir Selbstversorger . Und auf Nachfrage , wie der Fernseher funktioniert, meinte die anderen hätten das auch kapiert(wir haben alle 3 den Receiver nicht angebracht und hatten die ganze Zeit kein Fernseher ) Gerechterweise muss man aber sagen, es war sehr sauber und die Betten waren toll. ##### Axel G. Die Traumaussicht aufs Meer hat uns täglich fasziniert. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Alles war perfekt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. In der Küche waren ausreichend Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr vorhanden, sogar eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Spülmittel, Folie, Essig, Öl, Salz, Zucker stand zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in unmittelbarer Nähe, Lidl Mercadona waren nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt. Auch zum Arzt oder in die Apotheke waren es nur ein paar Schritte. Parkplätze waren immer frei, also mit dem Auto gab es überhaupt kein Problem. Unser Vermieter, Thomas, war ein kompetenter freundlicher sehr sympathischer Ansprechpartner, der uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und uns das gute Gefühl vermittelte willkommen zu sein. Da wir auch noch ein herrliches Wetter während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hatten, war der Urlaub alles in allem perfekt. Wir werden wieder kommen! Ganz sicher! ##### Inge T. Man bekommt auch im Juli gut einen Parkplatz und eine Corona-Teststelle ist direkt um die Ecke, falls man Bedarf hat. Ein Lidl ist mit dem Auto in 3 Min. erreichbar. Abends kann man an der Promenade entlang ins Städtchen laufen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, hat einen schönen Balkon und für 4 Personen alles, was man braucht. 2 Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen, eine kleine Küche mit Waschmaschine, Bad mit Dusche und ein Wohnzimmer. Handtücher und Strandtücher werden gestellt. Von anderen Bewohnern hört man sehr wenig, man ist total für sich. Man hat alle deutschen TV-Programme, einzig das WLAN ist nicht so dolle, was aber nicht schlimm war. Danke Thomas für einen wirklich erholsamen und gelungenen Urlaub! ##### Madeleine B. Er war auch jederzeit erreichbar und konnte unsere Fragen beantworten. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, gut ausgestattet und so wie sie im Internet angeboten wird. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Putzfrau hat gute Arbeit geleistet.
