Free WiFi Welcome to this wonderful rural villa for 12 guests, located in Son Carrió, with a beautiful private garden and pool. This country house offers a fresh and lively garden and all around. The lawn, surrounding the salted pool, creates the perfect place for bare foot little walks feeling the freshness or to place up to 12 sun loungers and sunbathe or read a book comfortably under the thatched parasols. There also is a children corner where they can play outdoors. When it becomes really hot, the best plan is a dip into the pool. It sizes 10 x 5 metres and the depth goes from 0.90 to 2.20 metres. After the swim, the barbecue and the large wooden table are waiting for you. In short, let's say this is a little paradise where you will disconnect from the real world and rest with total privacy. The accommodation, fully sustainable with solar energy, has two buildings, the main house and a little annexed house. In the main house you will find a comfortable and large living-dining room where you can sit all together for meals and sit on the sofa to watch the satellite TV afterwards. The kitchen, with a gas stove and beautiful mountain views, is open to that space so its is very useful because there are just two steps from the stove to the table. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at the laundry room. As for the bedrooms, all with wardrobe and a fan, here you have four of them: two with double bed, both with en-suite bathroom (one with shower and one with shower and bathtub and exit to the outdoor area), and two with two single beds. There is another shower bathroom for the rest of this main house. The annexed little house has a special charm, with a thatched roof terrace where you can admire the pond of natural water and the mountain landscape. When you enter, a simple and cosy living room, ideal for board games, leads to two more bedrooms with two twin beds each, and a shower bathroom. A cot and high chair are available free of charge, but if you are travelling with more babies, we can provide up to 3 cots and 3 high chairs for an extra fee. This accommodation offers central heating for the coldest months in the bedrooms and bathrooms and underfloor heating in the communal areas of the main house. Located at one side of the road that goes from Son Carrió, a little village belonging to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, with sa Coma, this finca owns a good and easy communication to any spot of this area. All kinds of services you may need are easily reachable as well as beautiful beaches like Sa Coma, Cala Millor, Portocristo or S'Illot. If you feel like, you can even enjoy a boat excursion through the area of Llevant or visit the mythical caves of Hams. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Die könnte mal wieder etwas aufbereitet werden. Besonders der Bereich für die Kinder. Für normale Zwecke reicht das WLAN vollkommen. Braucht man das Internet aber zum arbeiten wie wir mit gleichzeitig 12 Personen(Videocalls, etc) reicht es leider nicht. Wir haben die Finca mit vier Familien und vier Kindern (2-7) besucht und waren komplett zufrieden. Die Ausstattung (gerade auch der Küche) ist wirklich hervorragend, der Pool sauber (wird inzwischen wohl gechlort, weshalb wir die gelblichen Verfärbungen, die in vorherigen Bewertungen erwähnt werden, nicht bestätigen können), alle Zimmer sauber und in gutem Zustand. Für Kinder gibt es jede Menge zu entdecken (Fußballplatz, Basketballkorb in Kinderhöhe, Spielplatz, Blumenfeld, Kleinkind-geeigneter Plansch-Bereich im Pool, Tischetnnisplatte) und für die Erwachsenen verschiedenste Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Gerade die lange Essenstafel draußen ist natürlich ein Highlight. Supermärkte, Strände, Cala Millor oder Manacor sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar, ohne geht es aber nicht. Der großzügig geschnittene Wohnraum bot im leider kalten Februar Platz für alle. Die voll ausgestattete Küche macht die Selbstversorgung auch für viele Personen einfach. Die Außenanlage konnten wir aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen. Hier hat man Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für jedes Alter. Neben dem Pool gibt es einen eingezäunten Kinderspielplatz. Tischtennisplatte, Trampolin, Basketballkorb sind ebenso auf dem großen Areal zu finden. Ganz besonders möchten wir die Betreuung vor Ort betonen. Das Gastgeberpaar war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Bei Fragen/Problem wurde sofort reagiert und geholfen. Das genaue Gegenteil von dem Gebaren des Wohnungsvermittlers Homerti. Die Korrektur der Personenzahl der Anreisenden wurde nicht weiter gegeben, dass es Probleme bei der Onlineregistrierung gab. Der eine Mitarbeiter bittet in einer Email um Informationen, die der andere bei Klärung nicht braucht. Die Negativliste über den Wohnungsvermittler kann noch um einige Punkte verlängert werden. Wir werden nie wieder über Homerti eine Reise buchen. Fazit: Die Finca ist sehr empfehlenswert. Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen und Relaxen. Von der Agentur Homerti, die uns das Haus vermittelt hat, raten wir jedem ab. ##### Silke W. Der Eigentümer hätte uns persönlich begrüßt, wir kamen aber erst abends an. Dafür gab es einen freundlichen Willkommensbrief mit seiner Kontaktnummer und leckeres süßes Gebäck für alle. Die Rolle der Vermittlungsfirma hat sich uns nicht ganz erschlossen, die Kommunikation bis zum Check-In war aber freundlich und in Ordnung. Für Probleme und Fragen und auch für den Check-Out haben wir uns direkt an den Eigentümer wenden können, der jederzeit erreichbar war und immer schnell eine Lösung hatte. Wichtig: die Heizung ist, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, extra zu buchen. Im Buchungsprozess über Airbnb kann man dies aber nicht als Option anklicken, sondern muss Bescheid sagen. Das Haus, Gelände und Ausstattung waren für uns perfekt. Das Fußballfeld war nicht benutzbar, aber Tischtennis, Grill, Spielplatz, Kamin, Küche…top! Aufgrund des schönen Wetters konnten wir die tolle Gartenanlage immer nutzen und das Beste ist der große Gartentisch, an dem wir unsere Mahlzeiten in geselliger Runde eingenommen haben.
