Free WiFi. Summer chalet in the urbanization of Sa Coma in the east of Mallorca, with large terraces and capacity for 6 people. Guests can enjoy a dip in the 6.6 x 3.4 meters sized chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.7 meters. Surrounded by a terrace with seven sun loungers, it's a nice spot for sunbathing or reading a book. An exterior shower and a parasol are available. If you fancy cooking outside, you can use the barbecue. The furnished porch invites for large family dinners al fresco. The plot is fenced and as this house is in a quiet urbanization, there are next-door neighbors. The terrace gives access to the cozy living room with satellite TV (German, English and Spanish channels). The kitchen is well equipped, offering vitro top, electric oven, utensils and dishwasher. The laundry is very complete and comes with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The house counts with two bedrooms with a double bed each and two more with a single bed. All of them have wardrobe, fan and terrace views. If traveling with a child, we prepare a cot and a highchair without additional cost. There are two bathrooms, one with bathtub and bidet and the second one with shower. Both come with an electric heater. This beautiful villa offers air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. A 15-minute walk leads you to the sandy beach of Sa Coma and the promenade with bars, restaurants and shops. If you walk a few minutes more, you will reach the other beach in the area, called S'Illot. Caves of the Drach with its famous underground lake are less than 10 km and the zoo safari is a 15-minute drive away. The Canyamel Golf Club and Capdepera Golf are about 20 km away. The city of Manacor is famous for being the birthplace of tennis player Rafa Nadal and has many shops and restaurants. A car is not necessary but recommended, especially if you plan to explore the island. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets up to 5.00 kg are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. The villa was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Each room had air conditioning and extra sheets to use for our second week. There were large wardrobes, mirrors and drawers in each bedroom. The beds were made for our arrival. There were plenty of towels both for inside and towels for using on the sun loungers and by the pool. The garden/ pool area was lovely. The location of the villa was also excellent. We could walk to the supermarket, to the beautiful beach and the restaurants and bars. Boli sme v marci, bolo cítiť, že je vychladnutý, ale izby sme si na noc vykúrili klimatizáciou. Na záhrade je pekný bazén a pre malé deti ihrisko s domčekmi a hojdačkou. Z oboch strán domu sú terasy, čo je tiež veľká prednosť tohto ubytovania a parkovanie je priamo vo dvore. Celkovo nie je čo vytknúť. Majiteľ bol príjemný a ústretový pán. Handtuchwechsel gehörte auch zum Service und wurde nach 5 Tagen durchgeführt. Toll sind die Terassen auf beiden Seiten des Hauses, so dass man bei sehr heißem Wetter immer eine Mögleichkeit hat, rauszusitzen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Auch die Kontaktaufnahme bei Fragen rund um die Buchung lief einwandfrei und sehr schnell. Die einzigsten Mankos waren der sehr dreckige Boden und dass in der Küche keinerlei Gewürze vorhanden waren. Von anderen Ferienhäusern kennen wir das, dass wenigstens ein kleiner Grundbedarf an Gewürzen vorhanden ist. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig fernab von den lauten Hotels und dem Trubel am Strand. Dennoch ist man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand sowie in 5 Minuten am nächsten Supermarkt. Auch zahlreiche Restaurants sind in Laufweite. Nice quiet location short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Lovely clean little pool....linen and towels replaced during stay... watch out for hidden charges in the small print though....advertises air conditioning, but this has to be paid for locally and also local tax (which i missed in the small print...if it was there???!!!).which is very expensive..... other than that well worth the money.
