Villa Beleza has a private and isolated atmosphere, situated in a quiet area on an hill in Es Cubelles with a panoramic view of the south coast of Ibiza, Salinas beach and the Island of Formentera.
At the main level the large living room with the fireplace and the terrace with the sea view, from the American kitchen is possible to access at the second terrace with table and chairs and the barbecue area.
Complete the property an infinity 10x5mt pool and the chill out area with deckchairs.
Villa Beleza has 4 bedrooms, one has air conditioning and tv, all of them has en-suite bathrooms: two are on the ground floor, the others two are on the lower floor, it can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day Saturday. August min. stay 2 weeks
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
late check-in 20:00–00:00 = 120 EUR; 00:00–09:00 = 180 EUR
Security deposit € 2.000,00 it must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card).
Final cleaning : €300 to pay upon arrival

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

Guests are requested to drop off their rubbish bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Rubbish collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
No safety fence around the pool
Pool has no swimming guard
Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
