### Modern Villa with Infinity Pool - Villa Es Calo

On a small hill in the village of San Jose de sa Talaia, surrounded by juniper and an idyllic pine forest, you will find the ultra-modern Villa Es Calo, which impresses visitors with its contemporary architecture and simple, salmon-coloured accents. The luxurious holiday home extends over 3 floors and has a large living/dining room with an elegant, white interior, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed, 5 with single beds that can be pushed together) as well as 7 bathrooms and can accommodate 12 people. With floor-to-ceiling glass walls and a living room that smoothly merges into the outside area, this dreamlike villa combines modern minimalism with the idyll, lush vegetation. The amenities of the accommodation also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, 4 baby beds and a highchair. The outdoor area has a barbecue, a dining table and a lounge area. The highlight of the villa is the infinity pool, which is illuminated at night and offers an incredible view of the Isla Conejera and breathtaking sunsets. The wooden walkway forms a flowing transition between minimalist design and harmony with nature. This accommodation is ideal for all guests who wish to relax in peace from the stress of everyday life and seek privacy in a holiday home that blends perfectly with the vegetation of the Balearic Islands. You will find a supermarket 2.1 km from the property and a small choice of restaurants 2.7 km away. The bay of Cala Bassa, with its crystal clear, turquoise waters, is 2.1 km or a 7-minute drive from the villa.
