- The house is located near San Agustine on the west side of the Island of Ibiza, a 5 minute drive to San Jose, 15 to Ibiza Airport and Ibiza Town. Local beaches, Cala Bassa/Conta, Es Torrent, Jondal/Blue Marlin can be reached within 7-15 minutes. The surrounding area is now a fully protected conservation area providing privacy and tranquility and boasting many fantastic, signposted walking and bicycle routes. The house is modern, on several levels, with great sound systems and many different secluded areas whether you hope to have fun or relax (or both!). The local charming villages of San Augustine and San Jose have a variety of cafes, and restaurants to suit all budgets. The recently refurbished tennis/paddle club is 7 mins away, (Ibiza bubble club) A Kitchen with high quality appliances to prepare long lunches or dinners yourself - or we can arrange a chef to come to the house.
