"Hotel is absolutely stunning, the pictures online don’t do it justice. Our room had a balcony that had an amazing view and was super spacious. This is a newer hotel so some things may be missing but give them a chance to sort things out. A recommendation I’d have is adding another trash bin in the room and basics like a blow dryer. These things did not have any effect on my stay, being that you can literally message them to either come clean your room or drop things off like a blow dryer or a steamer. I loved my stay here! I was able to hang out by the pool, swim in the beach they have and drink at Dante’s. Raul and Martin at Dante’s were the best!! We also tried the omakase which was insane! The chef was super friendly and outgoing as well. The only negative is that I couldn’t stay more!! Hope to visit in the future, can’t wait to see this place grow!"

Barceló Portinatx - Adults Only

"Really enjoyable 3 night stay. Must say that after 3 night at nearby Sandos El Greco (which felt a bit like a budget cruise ship experience), Barcelo felt like a private yacht, great resort. Buffet dinner and breakfast was a highlight for me, great quality food and options. Was supposed to be 4 nights but due to a plumbing issue at hotel I had to be moved to a nearby resort for my first night. Staff handled this really well and offered a room upgrade at the other hotel plus champagne and fresh fruit in my room. Only negative for me is the nearby beach, which does not really compare with some of the other beaches in Ibiza, so I would not choose to spend my day there unless I had no other options. Luckily the main beach is just about in walking distance. Resort is at the end of Portinatx not near much else so a car/scooter would be a good idea (helped me a lot). Will return for the quality of room and food."
