L'appartement est conforme à la description, très spacieux et fonctionnel, propre et en bon état. La piscine, bien qu'un peu ombragée, est très agréable. Les deux places de parking sont bien utiles car il est difficile de trouver une place de stationnement en dehors de la résidence. Sa situation à quelques minutes à pied de la très belle plage de Sant Pol est idéale. La côte à cet endroit est magnifique et de nombreuses randonnées familiales très agréables sont possibles dont le Cami de Ronda qui borde la côte de Sant Feliu à Platja d'Aro en offrant des panoramas spectaculaires.
