BEACHFRONT PENTHOUSE WITH PRIVATE PARKING: This one bedroom apartment was totally renewed, with incomparable views of the Sant Feliu de Guíxols Bay and a privileged sitaution in a centric area. You will enjoy it's sunny terrace.
It consists on a living room and a kitchen integrated and fully equiped with all necessary appliances for an ideal stay. In this room we find the sofa-bed. The main bedroom, wide and cozy, consists of a great bed and a big built-in wardrobe. The bathroom of the apartament features a showerplate. The acces to the appartment is through an elevator that works with a security code. Besides, it counts with a numerated parking and private acces.
The appartment is equipped with air conditioner and heating.
In Sant Feliu, it also highlights its marine heritage linked to a fully recognised gastronomic and cultural offer, like the Porta Ferrada Festival and the Carmen Thyssen Space, placed in the Monestir. It is the seat of the Catalan Painting Foundation chaired by Baroness Carmen Thyssen. This space hosts temporary exhibitions of first world class.
The village also counts with children club and parks, natural resources such as the Parc de les Dunes in Sant Pol or the Ardenya mountains. It also offers the posibility of diving, snorkeling, BTT and cycleturism.
