From this privileged spot, you can enjoy an impressive panoramic view: the full stretch of Sant Pol beach, part of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, and the prestigious La Gavina residential area. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and an outdoor sofa — perfect for relaxing with a meal or a drink after a day at the beach. The spacious living-dining room, furnished with a sofa, table, chairs, and a TV, connects directly to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy sea views from inside the apartment.
