The rooms were properly cleaned -also the bathroom. The staff were very positive and helpful and the a/c worked properly totally very satisfied except there was no smokdetectors and no fire warning alarm.

Excellent for people on a budget. The rooms were small, but clean, staff friendly. My only negative was that the towels supplied were small. Some of the rooms had no windows which I actually like as I get a better nights sleep.

Bad place. They were digging up the road in front of the place. Very noisy inside the building as well. No bathroom in the room, and this was not clear when I booked. It’s a hostel! After 3 nights I left and asked for a refund. They are trying to sort this with Expedia. Bad experience overal.

THIS IS NOT EVEN POSSIBLE TO BE CALLED HOTEL, DIRTY, DANGEROUS (doors not locking well), NO TOILET IN THE ROOM, ZERO INSONORISATION..it's really really not sufficient, HOTELS.COM pleas remove this from website, it's a real loss of money. I had to leave and find another hotel closeby, impossible to stay at Cisne hotel.. :(:(:(

The wall doesn't have sound proof, so it can be very noisy when others talking or closing the door. We stayed only a night so it was okay, but we kept waking up from other people making noise. So if you look for a quiet and peaceful in a room to sleep well this is not for you. But if you don't mind about it then it's fine. The room is hot because only fan, no AC.

Das Hostel lag sehr zentral und in der Nähe von wichtigen Punkten. Durch den Online Check in war es alles sehr bequem und flexibel. Allerdings war unsere Balkontür kaputt und hat sich nicht schließen lassen. Sauberkeit war ok, aber nicht überragend. Für den Preis ok, würde aber nicht nochmal buchen.

Bonne indication sur l’entrée et la prise en charge des clefs , enseigne visible de la rue . Nous avions une chambre sans climatisation dommage car il faisait très chaud ( ventilateur au plafond) .

Posto terribile e per niente descritto nell’annuncio. Le foto sono completamente diverse. Ritengo inoltre che se una camera non è dotata di bagno questo sia TASSATIVAMENTE da specificare nella descrizione. Inutile dire che il posto fosse sprovvisto di ogni tipo di comfort, no aria condizionata, nessuna pulizia, nessun aiuto. Quando siamo arrivate la stanza era piena di capelli e effetti personali di altre persone. Si tratta di un dormitorio, il che va bene ma andrebbe comunque detto e ben esplicitato nell’annuncio. Aggiungo anche che la nostra finestra dava su una specie di loggia interna abbandonata su cui affacciavano altri appartamenti, le cui finestre erano vicinissime alle nostre, oltre quindi a non avere privacy la sensazione era quella di essere completamente non al sicuro, chiunque sarebbe potuto entrare.

En las fotos se mira una cosa y cuando entras es otra totalmente diferente. Súper fatal la gente que se hospeda porque no respetan el sueño de los demás, por las noches ruidos y por las madrugadas fiestas, además de que fuman dentro delas habitaciones y se supone que está prohibido, los pasillos olorosos a cigarrillos todo súper fatal. Ah y el ruido de las discotecas de alrededor se escucha todo en la habitación que no te dejan dormir, no recomiendo este lugar para nada…
