Your home in the heart of San Remo

Casa di Raffi is a third-floor apartment in a condominium just a short walk from city centre Sanremo. As you step away from the city traffic, you’ll feel a sense of pure relaxation. The spacious and welcoming rooms are designed to ensure you have a comfortable stay, just like at home. The light that floods every room creates a sense of serenity, as do the colours I’ve chosen—from the blue of the bedrooms, reminiscent of the sea, to the yellow of the sun and the orange of our land. Leave your car in the garage and off you go!<br>The space<br>Staying in a holiday home offers the chance to immerse yourself more fully in the local atmosphere. Hi, I’m Raffi—and that’s exactly what I want for my guests! My apartment is bright and comfortable, perfect for families, children, and groups of friends! The very spacious entryway leads you into the living room, which features a dining table, a sofa, a TV corner, and a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. You’ll find a welcome kit with olive oil, salt, coffee, jams, and cookies for breakfast.<br>The kitchen<br>is attached to the dining room and features a refrigerator, microwave, and espresso machine. The bathroom has a shower stall and a bidet. The spacious bedrooms each have a work area with a desk. There’s a master bedroom, a cot, a high chair, a small terrace, and a laundry area. Twin room with closet.<br>A set of towels per person, sheets, and a shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel kit will be provided. Sanitised linens.<br>The apartment is fully disinfected after every guest’s departure in accordance with guidelines.<br>Conveniently located near all amenities and just a stone’s throw from the centre of Sanremo, you can go shopping or relax on the nearby beaches; for sports enthusiasts, Europe’s longest bike path awaits you in a fairytale setting! For kids, check out my guides or ask me for recommendations on where to take them!In the evening, you’ll find restaurants overlooking the sea or nestled in the classic “carruggi” (narrow alleys) of La Pigna, the old town, where you can savour traditional dishes. Take a moonlit stroll along the “ C.so ” and “Imperatrice,” then return to rest without worrying about driving!<br>Guest Access<br>Getting to Casa di Raffi is easy! First, bring your luggage up to the apartment comfortably via the lift—it takes you to the third floor—and then park your car in our private garage just a few metres from the apartment.<br>Other things to keep in mind<br>In my apartment, you’ll find all the comforts of home for your stay piacevole.Se. If you enjoy cooking, various kitchen utensils will be at your disposal—including a coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and toaster—or you can take advantage of nearby amenities.A washing machine, a set of towels, and a set of sheets per person are provided, along with extra pillows and blankets. Children are welcome—a playpen, cot, high chair, and toys will be available. The mattresses are new and feature memory foam. An iron, ironing board, drying rack, and laundry detergent are available. I’ll provide a shower kit, shampoo, and a kit with oil, salt, coffee, and sugar. For your relaxation, there’s an Android TV corner (Netflix), Wi-Fi, and a reading nook.
