Welcome to this charming and newly renovated apartment on the second floor with elevator, a real gem in the heart of Via Roma! The accommodation is located in a convenient and well-served position. Nearby, you can find beaches and promenades, supermarkets, shops and a variety of restaurants and bars. For leisure, there are parks and green areas, as well as the picturesque historic center, with the famous Sanremo Casino and the famous Ariston Theater. Upon entering, a cozy double bedroom awaits you, with a desk, Smart TV and a window overlooking the lively street.
