U have to go to their main office nearby to collect the key it not listed u have to bargain very hard to get the address on the first floor not sign posted. The manager grumpy not welcome typical Italian. There are better places unless u don’t have a car"

"The hotel was central & everywhere was easily accessible. It was clean, staff were friendly & the room was kept topped up with snacks. However, I was surprised to be contacted the day before to be told I had to pay in cash even though room was secured on credit card!! I then had to make appointment to check-in as there isn’t a receptionist there all the time.
