Excellent hotel let down by unprofessional spa service While this brand-new hotel offers an excellent physical experience—including high cleanliness standards, great breakfast, comfortable rooms, and free parking—the customer service significantly marred my stay. During a visit to the indoor pool and spa, I experienced unacceptable service from a staff member named Costi. After waiting a long time for drinks, I noticed four groups who ordered after me were served first. When I brought this up, he dismissively claimed he was "too busy," only for me to discover my drinks had been sitting on the counter the entire time without notice. It is disappointing that poor staff training in the spa undermines the management's obvious hard work. Due to this incident, I will not be returning.
