Living in the Heart of Nature

This beautiful apartment is located between cycling and hiking trails. From the terrace, you enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over the countryside all the way to the mountains. An electric awning protects you from the sun. The terrace is perfect for a cozy breakfast or relaxed barbecue evenings.



A grocery store is within easy reach. The district town of Sankt Wendel is only 6 kilometers away and offers numerous shopping opportunities, a swimming pool, and many well-known events. The Bostalsee, with an area of 120 hectares and offering activities such as swimming, surfing, or boating, is just 24 kilometers away.



The apartment is suitable for both fitters and families with children. Upon request, toys for children can be provided. There is also an indoor swing.



All shutters can be operated electrically. The apartment is equipped with three modern TVs, including a 65-inch smart TV in the living room.



Mobile working is also possible: You have access to an electric height-adjustable desk with monitor and keyboard. You only need to connect your laptop via USB-C and can get started right away.
