"To be honest, I knew the apartment was dated but it didn't appear very clean either. For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. The fridge did not work for us after plugging it in, the bathroom towels were not full length towels (but rather hand towels), the WIFI was unreliable. Die Küchenausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck könnte etwas moderner sein. Eine Lampe am Esstisch und Nachttischlampen im Schlafzimmer wären vorteilhaft. Das schmälert aber nicht die sehr gute Gesamtbewertung mit problemlosen Kontakt zum Gastgeber. "

"The hotel is in a prime location! There is a car park which is paid for but we parked in the public free car park which was a good walk. The hotel has a quirky Nouveau Roche design. The room has open plan bathroom situation. Meaning you can hear your partner in the toilet. But that's fine. It was clean comfortable and pleasant. Air conditioning was a plus. Breakfast was good with french toast and pancakes. Breakfast staff were friendly!"

"Clean room, spacious apartment, good location. The only reasons did not give 5 stars are. The arrival emails was not clear and there were no mats at all. Coming up downstairs nor into the apartment. As it had been snowing we got dirty water on the floor. As no mats were provided we had to use a towel. Also,!no kitchen sponge or dish towels. Not major issues but caused annoyance. Beautiful apartment. "

"Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine."
