The apartment is located in an apartment building with several residential units. Some of them are rented to holiday guests, others are used by the owners themselves.



Bus stop, country inn, grocery shop, cross-country ski trail, bank, post office and petrol station are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. You will find 4 ski areas nearby (Turracher Höhe, Hochrindl, Falkert, Bad Kleinkirchheim). Europe's longest flow trail is only a few minutes' drive away. As well as 2 thermal spas, a golf course, the Heidialm, water playgrounds, cross-country ski trails and motorcycle routes. Numerous hiking routes and via ferratas round off the leisure activities. In short, you'll find everything here for a varied holiday.



For your arrival, a free car park is available directly at the house. Guests with electric cars are also well catered for: you'll find the nearest e-charging station in the village of Ebene Reichenau, just a few minutes from the accommodation, as well as further stations along the Nockalmstraße and in Bad Kleinkirchheim. WiFi is of course included – perfect for work, streaming or simply relaxed browsing. Just 10 km away, you can also look forward to the two thermal spas St. Kathrein and Römerbad in Bad Kleinkirchheim – ideal places for a relaxing wellness day. Directly opposite, the Sparmarkt supplies you daily with fresh baked goods, and right next door the Gasthaus Lax invites you to enjoy regional specialities.
