This beautiful two-story chalet features solid wood furnishings, and a wood-burning stove on the ground floor provides cozy warmth. The elegant kitchen is combined with a traditional parlor to create a comfortable living/dining area.

A beautiful staircase leads to the bedrooms on the upper floor, which have wooden floors and underfloor heating, as well as the bathroom with its natural stone floor and underfloor heating. A short walk through the garden leads to the private sauna cabin with a whirlpool, available during the summer months, where you can spend a few relaxing hours. The separate hot tub is available for your free use year-round.

Nestled between the Tennengebirge and Dachstein massifs, St. Martin lies at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level at the gateway to the Salzburg Sports World. Besides the small ski area of St. Martin, the nearby ski slopes of the Salzburg Sports World are particularly attractive, especially the pistes of Flachau. Should winter take an unpleasant turn, a visit to the Amadé Thermal Spa in Altenmarkt is a good alternative.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The operating costs (flat rate for ancillary costs) include linen package, firewood, waste disposal and water.
