The “Villa Lavendel” holiday home is located in the beautiful Upper Middle Rhine Valley in the climatic health resort of Sankt Goar, on the Biebernheimer Höhe, not far from Boppard and only about 30 minutes from Koblenz.
A viewing platform with a view of the Loreley is just a 5- to 7-minute walk away. The small town of Urbar, with additional viewing platforms offering views of the Rhine, Sankt Goar, and the Loreley, is about a 30-minute walk away. A 20- to 30-minute walk (or a 5-minute drive) will take you to Rheinfels Castle. A 15-minute drive will take you to Schönburg Castle in Oberwesel.
Many hiking trails lead out into the surrounding area right from your front door.
For bike tours along the Rhine, the bike paths towards Boppard and Oberwesel are highly recommended.

The region offers a wide range of options for active and relaxing stays—from hikes on the Rheinsteig to bike rides along the Rhine to excursions to the castles and palaces of the Middle Rhine Valley.

Upon entering the house, you’ll find yourself in a central hallway from which the rooms are clearly and logically accessible. On the ground floor, you’ll find a beautiful, modern shower room, a bedroom with a double bed, a living and dining area, and the staircase.
The living and dining room features a balcony facing the garden. It is furnished with a table and four chairs and invites you to relax, read, and enjoy the fresh air.
The new, high-quality, fully equipped kitchen (Jura automatic coffee machine, automatic water filter) is open to the dining area, and together they invite you to cook, eat, and linger.
A TV in the living room and free Wi-Fi throughout the house are available.

Upstairs, the layout opens up to two additional spacious bedrooms as well as a modern bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower area.

The entire holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating, controlled ventilation, and a heat pump, which ensure ideal temperatures and filtered fresh air year-round and create a pleasantly comfortable living environment.
The terrace is accessed via a staircase. The path is lined with lavender.
The terrace features two very comfortable lounge chairs with footstools that invite you to relax.

The holiday home offers approximately 150 m² of space for up to 7 people and features three bedrooms with comfortable, new, high-quality beds:
Ground-floor bedroom—one double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m (new mattress and topper)
a high-quality sleeper sofa in the living area (1.20 x 2.00 m) with an additional topper for a comfortable night’s sleep.
Two bedrooms on the upper floor; each room has two high-quality new box-spring beds (90 x 2.00 m) that are pushed together (they can be separated upon request)

To ensure a particularly pleasant and hygienic experience, the mattress protectors are, of course, freshly laundered after each stay.

From the parking area—which is spacious enough for two cars—you can enter directly through a side door into a
storage/laundry room, which is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes rack, and vacuum cleaner—all of which are available for your use and offer additional comfort during your stay.
