Bayerwald 1 - Private studio apartment at the Predigstuhl Resort

  • The apartment is a recently renovated, modernly furnished studio apartment located right on the Predigststuhl in Sankt Englmar in the Bavarian Forest. You’ll feel right at home in this charming, cosily decorated apartment.
    Basic amenities are provided (coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, shower gel, and shampoo) to help you get your holiday off to a good start. Of course, the apartment has Wi-Fi access.
    The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a hob, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster. Meals are enjoyed at a large dining table with two comfortable chairs and a space-saving bench.
    Our guests are welcome to use the entire common area of the resort. There is a swimming complex with an indoor and an outdoor pool (the outdoor pool is closed during the off-season from mid-November to mid-December), a sauna area, a fitness centre, indoor and outdoor ping-pong tables, a mini-golf course (clubs can be rented at the front desk for a fee), as well as a large outdoor chessboard and an outdoor playground.
    In the evening, our guests can relax in front of our large, internet-enabled flat-screen TV watching satellite TV and Netflix, or enjoy the beautiful view and sunset on the large balcony with lounge chairs.

    A visitor’s tax applies during your stay in Sankt Engelmar (€2.70 per person per day; children €1.30). With this GuestCard, you can take advantage of discounted admission to various attractions—plus, you can ride the Line 58 bus, which runs hourly between Bogen and Viechtach and has a stop right at our resort, for free, as well as the Bavarian Forest Railway, which departs from Viechtach and serves many destinations in the Bavarian Forest.

    We have an underground parking space that guests are welcome to use.

    Check-in is contactless via a key safe and is therefore available around the clock.

Über die Anlage und Zimmer kann sich jeder selbst ein Bild machen. Meine Empfehlung: schaut genau hin, ich würde mich nicht auf Bilder verlassen. Ganz schlecht ist die Nummer - ätsch bätsch, gebucht ist gebucht, absagen kostet 100% von deinem Reisepreis. Es gibt Gründe, wie z.b. gesundheitliche Gründe da sollte man kulanter sein. Eine NICHT genutze Unterkunft verursacht zb. NULL Reinigungskosten etc. etc. Man hätte 50/50 machen können oder wenn seriös, einfach den Preis erstatten. Aber "hungrig sein" und den vollen Preis für keine Leistung einbehalten ist halt "nichts". Also - gut überlegen. PS in der Anlage gibt es unzählige Privatvermieter die alle unterschiedlich denken. In dem Hotel darf weder gefrühstückt werden, noch ist ein Aufenthalt dort gewünscht.

Schöner Pool und vielfältige Freizeitmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer. Umgebung, Appartment sehr herzlich eingerichtet und toll für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt vorbereitet (schöne, gemütliche Dekoration, Kaffeemaschine und Kaffee zum persönlichen Gebrauch, alle Gegenstände da, die gebraucht werden-Fön, Pflaster, Kinderbücher und viele tolle Spiele). Der Vermieter hat hier wirklich an alles gedacht. Top!

Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Schwimmbad und Wellnessbereich sind sehr schön und in der Nähe gibt es schöne Ausflugsziele. Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt.

Das Appartement war modern, sauber und gepflegt. Ein Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon wäre allerdings hilfreich gewesen um die Badesachen und Handtücher auf dem Balkon trocknen zu lassen. War für 4 Personen schon eine Herausforderung das alles irgendwie unterzubringen dass es vernünftig trocknen kann. Das Gebäude in dem sich das Appartement befindet ist allerdings schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotz des großen Komplexes war es sehr ruhig. Man hat im Zimmer bei geschlossenen Fenstern absolut nichts von der Außenwelt oder den umliegenden Zimmern gehört.
