A Bayerwald dream for small families

# I am your ideal holiday home in the Bavarian Forest: A beautiful, newly renovated apartment with 33 square feet in the house 7 of the hotel Predigtstuhl Resort. I am not run by the hotel, which does not always get the best reviews, but have private owners who care about me and the well-being of my guests. I have space for a maximum of 4 people, z. B. 2 adults and two smaller children or three adults. For those there's a big box spring bed and a sofa bed. Of course I have a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette with toaster, coffee maker etc. and of course free wifi. Thanks to my great location you have even from the bed a beautiful view of mountains and valleys. Parents will be totally thrilled: Because the children's playground is right in front of my terrace, you can lounging in a deck chair, drink coffee or a glass of wine, and always have their little ones in mind.
I have to offer or the Predigtstuhl Resort a lot: A really great, 1300 square meter swimming area with indoor and outdoor swimming pool, an infrared cabin, table tennis, a Bocchia train and an underground parking space - all my guests are free to use , Sauna and fitness, the football hall and a huge covered children's area with indoor kart track are available for a fee.
That many beautiful trails start right outside the front door (in winter, ski school, ski rental and ski lifts are very close) makes me as a double attractive apartment. My guests always have it comfortable with me: unpacking luggage and you can almost invite in front of the room door - the direct access by car is possible.

Urlaub im Bayerischen Wald

Hotel Predigtstuhl ist nicht luxuriös, für einen Kurzurlaub (bisher immer im Frühsommer) ist aber alles da. Schöne Natur, interessante Ausflugziele, schön ruhig. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt, alles Notwendige war da, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Erdgeschosswohnung - die Nähe zum Spielplatz und zum Pool hat mir am besten gefallen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, man bekommt alle notwendigen Informationen für den Aufenthalt. Ich komme gerne wieder :-) LG :-) TG

Lage top, Sauberkeit verbesserbar

Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut, Spielplatz vor der Tür und sehr viele Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung. Auch bei schlechten Wetter, wie es leider bei uns der Fall war. Toll ist auch die Nutzung des schwimmbades das nur 2 min, direkt im komplex ist. Leider war das Appartement nicht wirklich sauber, wir haben erstmal selber durchgekehrt bei Ankunft. Im Bad waren noch sehr viele Haare auf dem Boden. Die ausziehcouch war voll von Hundehaaren. Und Ameisen waren leider im küchenbereich auch.

Alles wie beschrieben. Sehr schöne Lage der Wohnung, direkt am Spielplatz. Genaue Anweisungen zum Einchecken. Ständige Möglichkeit den Vermieter und eine Dame vor Ort bei Fragen zu erreichen. Sobald die Coronasituation besser wird, werden wir erneut buchen. Anlage wie beschrieben veraltet. Schwimmbad super gelegen und über einen kurzen Gang im Haus erreichbar.

Wunderschöne und liebevoll hergerichtet Ferienwohnung mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten in d. Umgeb.

Schon bei der Ankunft, war durch den vorangegangenen Brief des Vermieters alles sehr angenehm zur Erlangung des Schlüssels. Als wir in die Ferienwohnung kamen, waren wir sehr überrascht. Das Bett war liebevoll hergerichtet mit Handtuchfiguren und Seife. Eine schöne Ausstattung war ebenfalls vorhanden. Föhn, Minibackofen, Mikrowelle, Spiele, Minigolfschläger, Tischtennisschläger, Bücher und Prospekte. Der Spielplatz ist direkt vor der Tür und über die Terrasse gut zu erreichen. Das Auto kann man zum Be- und Entladen kurz vor dem Hauptobjekt parken. Das Bad erreicht man in ein paar Metern über den Gang des Hotelkomplexes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Gegend

Eine kleine schöne Ferienwohnung. Eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht auch Golf-und Tischtennisschläger waren schon vor Ort. Wir waren zu viert dort, 2 Erw. 2 Kids, und der Platz war ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren top. Kinderspielplatz und Pool waren gleich vor Ort und auch andere Freizeitaktivitäten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Gegend für Familien.

Schöne Umgebung, toll für kinder

Wir fanden das Zimmer schön gemütlich, da es auch genau am Spielplatz war und unsere Tochter sich austoben konnte. Ich fand allerdings den Check in nicht so toll, da die Dame an der Rezeption vom Hotel auch keine Auskunft geben konnte, weil die Wohnung ja privat vermietet wurde. Hätten wir keinen Hausmeister in der Nähe gefunden der uns hilft, wäre das ankommen etwas nervig gewesen. Auf die schnelle hab ich in den emails auch keine Handynummer vom Vermieter gefunden .. aber darüber haben wir einfach mal hinweg gesehen. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass das Poolwasser (innen) wärmer ist. Da ich leider ziemlich drin gefroren hab und nur 1x kurz drin war. Ansonsten war der Saunabereich sehr schön , sauber und entspannend. Die Umgebung ist toll, auch wenn das Anwesen auf den ersten Blick etwas altbacken wirkt. Ich finde es schön das für Kinder viel geboten wird (wobei das am Hotel liegende spieleparadies ruhig etwas einladender sein könnte... (zb mit Musik ..) Dort gibt es auch einen Reiterhof und 5km von dort entfernt ist ein toller kleiner, kostenfreier Spielepark mit sommerrodelbahn... vielleicht kommen wir wieder :)

Einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wir waren 4 Tage dort und haben super unser Kurzurlaub genossen. Alles war super und detailliert beschrieben. Das Zimmer hatte super Lage. Neu renoviert, sauber, die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles, was wir uns wünschten. Der Spielplatz war genau von unserer Nase und die Kleine hat das sehr genossen, obwohl das Wetter ein bisschen kalt war. Das Hallenbad war 1 Minute von dem Zimmer entfernt - also perfekt. Es gab draußen genug Parkplätze. Die Infomappe fand ich auch sehr gut - alles super ausführlich beschrieben. Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Und natürlich, sehr gerne kommen wir wieder zurück! Dankeschön für die tolle Tage!

Toller Kurzurlaub

Wir waren schon mal Gast in der Anlage. Allerdings gebucht über das Hotel direkt. Daher kennen wir das Haus und seine Annehmlichkeiten wie Schwimmbad etc. Was wir jetzt hatten war eine super Ferienwohnung direkt am Spielplatz. Für Kinder einfach ideal. Auch die Ausstattung ist top. Wir haben ehrlich gesagt weniger erwartet und wurden angenehm überrascht. Vor allem die vorhandenen Minigolfschläger haben unseren Junior glücklich gemacht. Wir werden definitv wieder kommen. Vielen Dank auch nochmal für den Wein zur Begrüßung!

Schönes kleines Apartment in toller Lage

Wir hatten die Wohnung spontan für zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder (Grundschulalter) und ein Baby gemietet und waren positiv überrascht. Zwar war die Schlafcouch für unsere beiden Jungs zusammen - wie der Vermieter zuvor zu bedenken gegeben hatte - tatsächlich etwas klein, aber alles entsprach den Angaben, war sauber und praktisch. Für drei Erwachsene oder eine kleine Familie ist die Größe des Apartments (wie der Titel auf FeWo sagt) absolut ausreichend. Die Lage ist hervorragend - zum Schwimmbad sind es gerade einmal zwanzig Meter den Gang hinauf. Vom Schwimmbad waren wir ebenso positiv überrascht. Es scheint relativ neu hergerichtet zu sein und ist viel größer und schöner, als wir uns das erwartet hatten. Das Apartment ist stilvoll und mit allem, was man benötigt, eingerichtet. Putz- und Abspülmittel, Küchentücher und sogar Spiele für die Kinder waren vorhanden - mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen. Lediglich ein Wasserkocher fehlte - allerdings funktioniert der Herd gut, so dass das Wasser auch im Topf schnell heiß war. Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf Wiese und Tal ist ebenfalls nicht zu verachten. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ein kleines, schnuckeliges , liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement. Das Schwimmbad hat uns auch gut gefallen. Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt, wir konnten sehr viel unternehmen. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub.

Aufgrund des schönen Wetters war die Ferienwohnung für uns (ein Erwachsener und 3 Kinder) ausreichend. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, werden wahrscheinlich auch nochmal kommen. Als Anregung schlage ich vor, dass die Ferienwohnung nach Möglichkeit noch mit einem Minibackofen oder einen Toaster ergänzt.
