Upon arrival, the grounds and buildings were well maintained. Our unit was on the second floor, but it is a easy stairway with parking right in front. The interior of the unit was nice, but definitely could benefit from a deep cleaning. The master bed was not as comfortable as most, but the kids didn't complain about the two other beds. The view is of the bay, but he sunsets are better on this side. Dolphins can be seen daily, early in the morning. There is some noise from the bridge, but only out on the screen patio. The kitchen could use some organization and a few items. The pool area is great. You can fish from the pier and clean your catch right there as well...but bring or rent your own gear as it is not provided.
