Tucked away in the desirable Gulf Shores neighborhood of Sanibel, "Sugarfish" is a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom ground-level home offering the perfect mix of comfort, style, and location. Overlooking a peaceful canal and just a short walk from private beach access via a quiet neighborhood path, this home makes island living easy and enjoyable. Inside, the bright and airy layout features an open floor plan with a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a thoughtfully designed split bedroom layout that offers added privacy for guests. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished, and all three bathrooms have been updated with modern finishes. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee by the water, enjoying a walk to the beach, or relaxing indoors after a day of exploring the island, "Sugarfish" provides a comfortable, stylish retreat to call home during your month long+ stay.  
  
Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 2 King beds & 1 Queen bed (sleeps 6), Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, screened lanai, private beach access, parking available. No Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.  
  
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.   
  
Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
