A charming and coastal décor awaits in this gulf front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that comfortably accommodates 6 guests with a king bed in the master, a twin and a queen bed in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room allows guests to dine in the condo with comfort.

The Space:  
This residence features a direct gulf front view from its large screened-in patio. As can be seen in the pictures, this unit is fantastically appointed, featuring a large kitchen with peninsula, multiple flat screen TVs, granite countertops, brand new bedroom furniture, high speed wifi, and smart keyless entry.  
  
Note- The Sanibel Surfside complex does not permit smoking in the individual unit or its lanai, also there is no smoking near cabanas. Per association, no smoking (including e-cigs/vaping) anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. Sanibel Surfside is now a 100% smoke-free property.  
  
Guest Access:  
This popular complex offers tennis/pickle ball courts, shuffle board, BBQ grills, and a sparkling heated community pool.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Located in the exclusive development of Sanibel Surfside comprised of only 38 units, you will be near restaurants, shopping, and activity, while still far enough removed to be reminded that you are on vacation and provided ample opportunity to socially distance away from the hustle bustle that can characterize island life.
