At Sanibel Surfside 115, it's beach front living at it's best! Now is your opportunity to wake up to waves breaking on the beach! This fantastic 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom condo has it all! Direct beach front with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico from the extended lanai. The entire condo has been completely remodeled and upgraded and has been outfitted with all new furniture and furnishings. There is also assigned, covered parking available underneath the building. Start the morning off with coffee as the sun rises and continuing your day watching the dolphins playing in the surf, island life doesn't get better than this. Sanibel Surfside is conveniently located at the East end of the island which allows for easy access to the causeway and close proximity to restaurants and shops. The complex offers great amenities including pool, tennis courts, shuffle boards, clubhouse and grills. Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 4), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in-suite washer & dryer, screened-in lanai, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, tennis & pickle ball courts, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement. Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. Sanibel Surfside guests may use the pool at Pelican's Roost complex (next door) while the Sanibel Surfside pool remains closed! Elevator replacement of outdated electronics and cab refurbishment will begin approx. 2/15/26 but schedule may be subject to change. Elevators will be out of service for 10-12 days. Unit was very clean, amazing view, great beach access, covered parking was a great plus, storage room was well-stocked. Condo not stocked quite as well; some “starter products” were missing, like hand soap, which was hard to go without while traveling during current times. Kitchen could use some extra items as well. The ceiling fans on the lanai were not working when we got there, which I notified company of through the app, and they responded and sent someone out right away to fix it. It was resolved before I even came back off the beach that day! Gorgeous spot of beach; more shore than on a lot of other parts of Sanibel shoreline. Water crystal clear this year. Pool area easily accessible; grills were handy and used every single night by our families. ##### Julie H.
