We have stayed at several condos at Pointe Santo and have always appreciated the quick access to the beach and the well-maintained facilities there. We stayed at a new to us unit in Feb 2025, B26\. We were warned about the construction activity going on and that this wa a "soft opening" for Pointe Santo. There was a lot of construction activity and noise 8-5 weekdays .This did not impact our visit as we spent most days either at the beach or at the Ding Darling Refuge and hiking trails. The condo was in perfect condition and very well-stocked with kitchen supplies. The condo is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and plenty of natural light. We were there with another couple for part of the time and there was plenty of space for four adults to cook and dine together and watch TV in the evening. All appliances and dishes appeared to be brand new and in great condition. The elevator wasn't working but we were on the second floor so no problem. This was a truly relaxing and fun two weeks in comfort! ##### Sally H. Condo unit was apparently just refurbished and very well done. New everything !! Very comfortable and nice view of the gulf from the Lanai.
