Step inside to discover a beautifully renovated space featuring a modern kitchen, updated bathrooms, and stylish coastal-inspired furnishings. Tranquil tones and natural finishes create a calming ambiance throughout the home. The spacious outdoor living areas are designed for ultimate relaxation and entertainment, featuring an upper-level deck with dining space, a large custom pool, and a sprawling lower-level patio complete with a built-in grill & kitchenette and additional outdoor dining area. There’s also a dedicated pool-side game room/sitting room to enjoy downtime, plus a boat and kayak dock launch for easy water access (kayak, paddles & vests available). Whether you're a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family seeking a memorable vacation, this home has everything you need for a perfect Sanibel experience.  
  
Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Twin bed, 1 Day bed with Twin trundle, & 2 Xtra long Twins beds (sleeps 7), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool, large enclosed lanai patio, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, built-in BBQ grill, private boat dock with 20,000 lb lift for up to 35' pontoon/catamaran with direct Bay access, 2 kayaks with life vests & paddles, 1 garage parking space, children items including crib, 2 pack-n-plays, sheets, highchair available & a variety of toys/games/puzzles! Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.  
  
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.   
  
Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 7 people.
