Location - The condo is just five minutes from the island causeway and 75 steps from the pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico with its azure waters and plentiful shelling. Celebrate each day with awe-inspiring sunrises, a search for the perfect shell, and leisurely walks along the shoreline. Look out for dolphins, who are frequently seen frolicking in the Gulf outside of Unit 307. Condo #307 Description: Your comfort is our priority. The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and ample living space.The master bedroom boasts a new, comfortable king-size bed, while the guest room has new twin beds that can be made into a king upon request. Each bedroom includes a large walk-in closet. Unit 307 comes fully-equipped with a modern kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils. Enjoy meals in the dining area or step outside onto the private screened-in lanai to savor your morning coffee with a view of the pool area and our recently landscaped tropical pond. The living area is elegantly furnished, providing a cozy spot to unwind after a day of beachside or greenside fun. Other conveniences include central air, three satellite flat-screen Smart TVs, hi speed internet, a queen-size sleeper sofa, linens and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also have access to a private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Beach towels are available to purchase from our on-site office. The office staff can also assist in recommending dining and sightseeing options. Each condo is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between each rental. All linens are washed and fully sanitized. Loved the pool and proximity to the beach. The only thing I would change, and I think you should add to the listing, is the distance from the elevator to some of the rooms. The room was perfect for our family of 5\. The location was beautiful. We watched the sunrise and sunset on the beach each day with just a short walk from our room. We were right next to the pool. The office was great with any questions we had and helping us with bike rentals right on the property. The beds were comfortable we had plenty of space and all the kitchen items needed.
