Mariner Pointe Update: We are finally able to welcome back guests as of January 31, 2026! Most on-site amenities have been restored including the community pools, BBQ grills, fishing pier and boat slips. There may be some additional recovery work that will take place throughout 2026 including building milestone repairs, Quantum Internet Fiber installation, tennis court restoration, and a large landscaping project. We can provide more updates once we have them however schedules may be subject to change. Meticulously cared for two-story condo with bedrooms located on the second floor both with private baths and sliders leading to a spacious screened porch. First floor offers an open concept kitchen that flows into the living room/dining room area that leads to a second screened porch - a perfect place to enjoy a meal al fresco. Full-size washer/dryer and a half bath on the first floor for your convenience. This condo has recently been freshly painted and furnished with all new modern coastal furniture! Mariner Pointe is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to it's guests and has the ideal location with easy on & off access to the Sanibel causeway and is close to nearby beaches, bike paths, shops & restaurants.
