Located on the second floor of Building A, this well-positioned unit provides a peaceful perch just above the sand, where gentle ocean waves and the occasional passing pod of dolphins create a tranquil, unforgettable setting.  
  
From the private screened lanai, you’ll enjoy expansive Gulf views and fresh sea breezes—the perfect place to start your morning or wind down in the evening. Inside, the condo features a spacious and thoughtfully laid out interior, ideal for couples, families, or small groups seeking a relaxing beach retreat.  
  
The living area flows easily into the full-size dining room and a well-appointed kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar. The primary bedroom and second bedroom include a king bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
