Unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful new sofa bed that was very comfortable. The furnishings were tasteful, well-kept and cozy, the equipment upscale and comprehensive. The houses are pleasing in appearance and beautifully embedded in nature close to the beach. A little jewel of "Old Florida". I very much hope that this facility will be maintained for a long time to come for the enjoyment of all guests. Nice pool! Short walk to the beach from the villa. There was even a beach umbrella and some beach chairs provided. Private beach, so it wasn't crowded. We could see some of the ocean, but not the actual beach from the Villa. We did not have any problems with anything while we were there. The AC works really good! We were not hot at all inside.
