Breakers West B5 Beach side condo with pool

10/10 Excellent

"Absolutely wonderful experience all around. Not one complaint, We will be back."

Shalimar Beach Resort

8/10 Good

"The Good: this place was remodeled in 2025 and everything is new looking and the rooms are beautiful. There are free to use laundry machines, free to use beach chairs and you can get free coffee pods for the Keurig machine in your room. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioner is super quiet. Nice and close to the beach. The Bad: this is a noseeum hell! These nasty little bugs are everywhere. The rooms have screens for the outside sitting area but the noseeums can get through the screens. We bought the bug spray they sell at the office and it could not keep them away. Also, you have to pay to rent a beach towel which is $5 a day. They have beach cruiser bikes, but you have to pay $20 per day to rent them. The swimming pool is nice but the noseeums make it unuseable. There's a place on the roof to watch the sunset, but the noseeums make it unuseable. Bring strong bug spray if you come here!"

Sayana Unit 102 - Amazing Beachside Retreat

10/10 Excellent

"The view was beautiful! Condo is extremely nice. We had a couple issues and they were solved right away. Thank you for great communication. Property outside is a mess with construction. Woke us up early every morning. Once construction is completed this property will be A! Looking forward to visiting when it’s all done. Beds are comfortable and all you need is in the condo."

Gulf-Front 3BR Sanibel Condo with Stunning Views!

10/10 Excellent

"The week spent here was as near to perfection as one could hope. The view is breathtaking, private uncrowded beach, with great weather. The hosts responded promptly to our questions, the unit was remarkably clean and well furnished. And the shells on the beach exceeded my expectation! I’d return to this unit without hesitation! Highly recommend."

Rare Walkout Condo On Sanibel Beach

8/10 Good

"The condo was nice and clean and location was great. Our only complaint was that it smelled so strongly of mildew that we could smell it on ourselves after leaving the unit. After only three nights, we got home and had to wash all our clothes because everything in our bags smelled like mildew. Bummer."

Welcoming 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo in a secluded section of Sanibel Island

8/10 Good

"My wife and I enjoyed the condo. It is really close to a very nice beach.(Bowman’s). Lots of nice shells there. Amble is kind of a niche place. Great for an older couple like my wife and I that love to look for shells. If there is a problem, the parking spot is a long ways from the condo. Then you have steps. Overall we really enjoyed the place. Being there in the off season was great. Wasn’t many people there. Thanks."

End unit with extra windows. Steps to the beach, private beach access!

10/10 Excellent

"The condo had everything we needed to make the most of a lovely long weekend with our family of five (we brought a pack and play)! The walk to the beach was easy enough for our small kids. The host was helpful and responsive when we forgot something in the unit after check-out. Can’t wait to come back to Sanibel!"
