Not a huge deal.The recliner chair had a loose left arm.The condo is carpeted immediately upon entry; an FYI for damp feet.We tried pickleball for the first time. The bed and pillows were perfect! The tub did not drain very well when showering. The cabinet above the sink was broken or off its hinge. Both minor things. The starters in the kitchen and bath were helpful. Only recommendation I have is possibly some coffee filters for the coffee maker just because you can only buy a package of 100 or more.
