Short walk to beach. Unit was very nice. Had trouble with air conditioning but management was very responsive even on Fourth of July. Got in touch with answering service, got a quick call back from staff and had maintenance man out and unit fixed within 2 hours. unit had nice ammenities and lots of things that are very nice to have at the beach. This was a very nice condo away from the crazy traffic at the other end of the island. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was in working order. The living room furniture was not all that comfortable and we struggled a bit with the cable TV. The cable went out the day before we were leaving and we never got it working again. Minutes from the beach; close to places in Sanibel and Captiva; nice amenities. Unfortunately, the unit we had did not have a balcony.
