Well decorated, amazing kitchen, perfect for the family. Location was great with easy private access to the beach, about an 8 min walk. Parking is tight but manageable. Condo had great kitchen and bathroom updates. Could stand new paint and more modern flooring solution to replace the carpet. Dryer needs a simple part to stop running - the solution to have the tenant stop it is a slight inconvenience. Knives, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils leave much to be desired but all manageable. It is well stocked and extremely comfortable. The style is luxurious and the area is quite. The beach is beautiful and definitely nit as crowded as others we have been to. A 6 minute walk to an absolutely beautiful beach. The condo provided every need: coffee, beach chairs, toys, towels. The decorating was warm and attractive. The condo was very well supplied with everything you need. For being in Florida, rather than 6 lane highways and shopping malls it has a bit of a tropical summer camp feel with kayaking tennis and the beach close by.
