E106 is an Enhanced Unit, which has undergone major renovations and is equipped with all appliances within hospitality industry standards for life expectancy. Enhanced Units have up-to-date furnishings, including mattresses, throughout and are well appointed.

Welcome to your beach home away from home on Sanibel Island, on the quieter side of the complex, set back with lush landscaping around. Enjoy our furnished screened-in lanai to enjoy the afternoon island breezes among the palm trees. A short walk to Bowman's Beach and a short bike ride to J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge, Blind Pass is the perfect home base to explore the incredible shelling, birding, dolphins, sunsets and more, that Sanibel has to offer. This 2-bedroom unit is a spacious (1,250 sq. ft.) first floor unit, which has been completely renovated with blue coastal decor. This enhanced condo has all new flooring and furniture throughout. The main living area and open kitchen are inviting and perfect for entertaining family or groups of friends.

Living Room: Sleeper Sofa

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The primary bedroom has a King bed with new mattress and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The second beach-themed bedroom has two brand new queen mattresses. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated including new floors, tiled showers, vanities and fixtures with comfort height toilets. The condo layout with living area between each bedroom/bathroom offers ample space and privacy for two couples or a family.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is completely renovated with granite counters, brand new stainless steel appliances and lovely white maple cabinetry. You'll find all the dishes, pots and pans needed in your home away from home. The kitchen is open to the main living area with a large central island and counter seating.

Dining and Living Room: The dining room table will easily accommodate 6 for dinner. On the patio you will find a large outdoor table with 6 cushioned seats.

The condo was well appointed and nicely decorated. Great supply of beach items including the beach cart! The kitchen had just about anything you could need for preparing and cooking. The washer and dryer were definitely an added plus !The only issue we had was the ice maker was not working and we called the office. If anyone came to look at it we were not aware, nor did it start making ice. However, there were ice trays and we just made ice everyday. The other thing was the screened in lanai had a significant tear in it, not allowing us to sit outside in the area unless wearing bug spray. There was also a weather stripping falling from the upper area on the outside of the lanai, none of which really affected our stay, just want to make sure owner/management is aware of needed repairs.
