The grounds are beautifully maintained and our unit was spotless. Completely updated and in immaculate condition. All the beach equipment you could need is there. The kitchen was more than stocked with all necessities. The living room furniture was comfortable. Washer and dryer appear brand new and functioned fantastic. This unit is steps away from the pool and clubhouse and is very close to the covered parking space. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The second bed room beds were ok. I was pleasantly impressed with how nice the grounds were kept. The use of kayaks was incredible as we got to witness Manatees up close. One word of advise. Going to the beach at night is a no no. We tried one evening and were promptly turned away by thousands of bites from the No-See-Ums. The sunsets from the beach were amazing. Already looking forward to a return trip. ##### brian k.
