The property was beautiful and well maintained. The condo was clean and full of amenities. Only issues were the beach umbrella was old and did not stay open so we bought a new one and donated it to the condo. The other was the washing machine was not working properly. Pleasant place and fairly quiet the way we like it. A major drawback a renter must consider is the distance (a walk) of the Gulf Beach from this rental. This is made even further difficult when transporting a bunch of beach stuff. It is quite a walk. The only other negative is cost.
