Unit B211 furniture is circa 1960, simple but quite old. Unfortunately, the pool is Adult Lap pool only. Out teenagers were unable to enjoy swimming during our stay. I did not need to be worried & so I'm leaving this review so others can benefit as well. This property was perfect! It's close to restaurants and shops (many within a 15 minute drive). It's a 5-7 minute walk to Bowman's Beach. The walk is absolutely delightful. You walk across a bridge over the bayou to get to the beach. We saw manatees several times there and even an alligator one day. This is also the location where you would take the kayaks out, but we didn't venture to do that after seeing the alligator!! The condo itself is a split two bedroom floor plan. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. The living room is well stocked with books and games. The kitchen is supplied with pots/pans, etc. However, there are no staples in the kitchen provided (no salt/pepper, oil, etc) so you will need to get all that at the store. There is a starter kit of supplies like garbage bags and dish soap, but you many need more if you are staying the full week. There is a closet stocked with beach supplies including a beach cart, beach towels, noodles, sand toys, chairs, and umbrella.
