This small complex has undergone a complete remodel with stunning finishes. Walk into the bright and spacious two-bedroom two-bathroom condo and immediately notice the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The open kitchen with solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Luxury vinyl plank floor flows throughout this entire condo. Sliding glass doors open to the waterfront lanai where you can enjoy the views, breeze, and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious guest room is perfect for family or friends. All new guest bathroom with shower/tub combination. The large primary has stunning views of the Gulf and an attached all-new bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combination. All new furnishings throughout the entire stunning condo! Fall asleep in the primary bedroom with the comfortable king bed while enjoying the sounds and views of the Gulf. Your guests will be very comfortable in the guest bedroom featuring two full beds, flat screen television, and ample storage. Additional sleeping option with sleeper sofa. Spend your days shelling and sunning at the beach, swimming in the heated pool. Find rare seashells on the beach outside your door. Rent bicycles and explore the island along its 25 miles of safe bike paths, one of which runs right by Pelicans Roost. Pelicans Roost is a small complex with only 21 units right on the beach. On three sides, it’s surrounded by palms and tropical vegetation, opening to the sparkling white sand beach and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, the bike path, and tiki bars. Large, heated pool, elevator, and 2 large community gas grills. This is the perfect spot for a Sanibel Island vacation. Oceanfront, White sand beach, Heated pool, 2 large BBQ grills, Elevator, Paved parking, Laundry in unit, large screen TV with Wi-Fi and cable, AC. Being newly renovated, there were a couple of bumps, however, all was sorted out promptly. The condo had a well-stocked kitchen including spices, beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys were plentiful, plush towels and cozy linens, lots of extras (nightlights, hangars, TV trays, beach towels, cooler), bike paths at end of parking lot. The beach was quiet in front, likely because the condo building to east was still under construction. Thank you: Emma, Laura, Paola, Andrew and Kelsey. ##### Rosanne F. We were just pretty well cooped up there for the entire vacation.When I found out there was no elevator, I tried asking for help to remove our reservation of this unit-- to no avail from the Kingfisher Vacation Rentals. I told them we were elderly and my husband walked with a cane making it hard to navigate four flights of stairs. As per Emma, Kingfisher offered to have their maintenance staff take our luggage up to the unit for us on arrival and when we departed. We did not arrive in time for that but fortunately there were two young men we paid to carry up our luggage for us. On the day before our departure, I called Kingfisher Vacation Rentals again to see if we could get the maintenance men to take our luggage down to the car. I was told by Connor that he would put in a work order for that and they would be at our unit between 9:30 am and 10:00 am to carry our luggage down. At 9:35am on day of departure, I called the office again to let them know we were ready and asked if someone was coming to carry the luggage for us. I received a "I will get someone over there." I told the lady who answered the phone that we had a lot of luggage. In a bit, Andrew from Kingfisher Vacation Rentals came over to take our luggage down. Unfortunately he had to make three or four trips down four flights of stairs with our luggage.We will not recommend or use Kingfisher Vacational Rentals again! ##### Glenda B.
