Had a good experience staying at this hotel. The staff were great, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. Only thing I would change is the pillows offered, they were quite uncomfortable. Other than that, it was pretty good.

This is one of my favorite hotels. To start with, the staff are very friendly; the cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfasts are great. The location is perfect—you can walk Duomo and galleria , and if you need to do some shopping, there is a pharmacy, a grocery store, a gelato shop, and restaurants all less than a minute away. I highly recommend it; it’s perfect.

"Slightly dated but had a nice feel. Marble, physical room keys and large wardrobe took me back. We had a large junior suite at a reasonable price. Separate double sink area and toilet, bidet, bath and shower. 15 minute walk through the park and over the bridge to the centre of town. OK for us but ..."
