Expensive for the kind of room. Monopolistic approach!

Enjoyed the stay at Novotel Imagica But had a major hassle , since one of my motivation to opt for Novotel was because Imagica theme park allows multiple entries to guest staying at Novotel However Imagica theme park security played spoilsport as they denied re-entry which was a big disappointment !!

Nice Hotel but don't stay here during peak days.

We stayed on 28th Dec 2019. Hotel is adjacent to Adlabs Imagica Theme Park & Water Park. Checkin & Checkout queues were long. The checking staff was nice but overstretched due to less staff. The bedroom & bathroom was comfortable and well maintained. The food was very expensive. We had ala carte and it was tasty. Restaurant was also staffed minimally so all the staff, though very courteous, were unable to meet guest expectations.

Fish Market..too much to handle!

Overall the stay was okay... as its holiday time the hotel was full and no special attention you can expect from hotel staff as they are busy .For breakfast you have stand in queue and it looks like FISH MARKET. We have to carry our own baggage for check out as the hotel staff was too busy to handle the crowd or Fish Market..only good thing.. Rooms are comfortable with twin beds for family of 2 adults and 2 kids.
