Several fixtures were broken and area around outside was disgusting. Very limited breakfast with Raisin Bran, Frosted Flakes and coffee. Muffins at best were days old and not edible.

When I got the the lobby they couldn’t give me a room because of Expedias card . Even though they could see that my payment was processed . I stayed in the lobby for 2 hours trying to fix the issue only to still have to cancel my reservation. Then when I cancelled and payed again. I got into the room and the water didn’t work. The shower only ran BURNING hot water which hurt my skin actually. You couldn’t turn it down it only worked on HOT. And the hand washing sink only had cold water. The mini fridge was falling out of the stand that it was in. The experience was not worth the money.

The property was old and dated, but you can see the owners are trying to keep the property relevant. The floors are new, but the bathrooms are in need of some repairs. The management is trying, for that we give them credit.

The property is in desperate need of an overhaul. Paint in bathroom peeling while you shower. The light cover was removed from the bathroom light and they had a flood light bulb in the socket. The so called breakfast the serve consisted of cereal with no milk and mini chocolate chip muffins. Juice machine didn’t work nor did the toaster. The hotel staff offered me coffe creamer for my cereal. If I could have gotten my money back I would have left in the middle of my stay.

The room looked nothing like the pictures on the web site. It was at the best very basic 1 desk chair no other seating save the bed. There looked like there was space for an upholstered chair, but none was available. Very limited space for clothing no dresser/chest of drawers. "Breakfast" was abysmal. The only thing to recommend was that is was cheap and close to family member's home. The pictures of the room were very misleading and it doesn't take much to upgrade the breakfast selection. Thankfully Burger King close by had better breakfast.

They tried making the rooms nicer than the property but walls are extremely thin. Missing tile in bathroom, etc. Loud people and surroundings. Property has trash all over and building is falling apart. COCKROACHES IN ROOM!!!

there was a cockroach in our room, neighbors turned the heat on and their room filled with smoke and set all the alarms off, the blankets on the bed were covered with burn holes

Hey, it was fine. It was not clean around the property but was plenty clean in my room. I did not pay for, expect, or need any luxury, and given that, the room and hotel were great!

The area was ok, the room was huge, will definitely be going back. Door knob on bathroom door was literally coming off. Bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly. Other than that it was ok. The internet speed is EXCELLENT!!! That’s what I came for.

There were bags of garbage along the outside. The stairs to the second floor were a mess and seemed unsafe. There was NO continental breakfast to speak of. No fresh coffee. BROWN bananas. Stale cereal. No creamer for the coffee. Muffins the you could buy at a gas station. Toaster but no bread, English muffins or bagels? No juice.

I was injured slipping on some wet metal stairs (it was raining) and the staff person at the front desk ran outside to see if I was okay. She brought bandages for my scraped elbow and was very kind.

The staff at Days Inn is wonderful - every single person encountered staying over four days. The hotel is run down and rooms need repairs. However, the bed was clean and water was hot with good pressure. That's counts for a lot. Need to shut off the strobing light in parking lot. Hard to sleep with so much light flashing outside.

Disappointing stay
Unless on a budget this hotel doesn't seem like it caters to tourists or those on business. Most of the guests had local plates so it may address a different clientele. The bed was concave up and it smelled like smoke of cigars. I could not sleep well the first night. Noise at night was a issue from the heat unit. Upon checking late at around 10:30 the lady had some attitude like I owed something, just not polite. Next day, I complained about the bed with a nicer person and apparently I should had received a call after checking in but I did not. The hotel owner should think about the tourists improving service and condition of the room. Other than that I would not like to stay there anymore.
